PY. Youth Division Rules: Ages 16 and under. B&W or color. Maximum of 5 entries per youth. No restrictions on the kind or size of prints, but must be mounted on paper or matted.

ACHIEVEMENT AWARD: $25.00 & Rosette for most creative and visual photograph (presented by JOSEPH’S PHOTOGRAPHY OF CHESTER)

YOUTH PHOTO AWARD - $25.00 & ROSETTE

CONTEST RULES:

Entries will be judged on the basis of interest, impact, composition and technical skills.
Watercolor or oil-colored B&W prints will not be eligible for prizes. Sepia and other similar toning techniques will not be considered color.
Photographs previously awarded prizes at this fair may not be entered.
No professional photographers may enter.
The superintendent may limit awards in categories with less than 10 entries.

Preparing Entries:

A maximum of 15 prints may be entered per photographer, with a limit of 3 prints per contest category.
The minimum print size is 5x7”. All entries must be matted or mounted. The maximum size (including matting) is 24x30”. Framed photos will not be accepted.
The photographer’s name and phone number, contest category and photo title must appear on the back of each matted entry.

Registration:

All entries must be registered at the fairgrounds on Thursday, August 23, from 6:00- 8:30 p.m. If personal registration is not possible, entries may be mailed to:
