The Chester Fair is continuously seeking quality concessionaires for the Fair. If you operate a concession and wish to be considered for our Fair here is some information to get you started.

General Considerations
-
All vendors need to have a clean, neat, professional looking concession.
-
The potential vendor needs to plan on staffing its booth for all of the open hours of the Fair, regardless of the weather conditions. Any vendor that makes the decision to leave early, arrive late, or otherwise set their own hours, will have their contract terminated and will be requested to leave the Fairgrounds.
-
All vendors will need to provide their own tables and chairs. Outdoor vendors will also need to provide shelter from the elements for themselves and their merchandise .
-
The Fair will provide typical electrical connections (110v 20 amp) for the vendor. Any other electrical requirements exceeding that will be subject to additional fees.
-
Vendors will be provided with a reasonable (to be determined by the concession manager) number of gate passes to staff its booth.
-
Pictures of your set-up and lists of products you wish to sell should be included with your application. Vendors will be allowed to sell only the products indicated on their application and contract.
- All vendors must have and provide evidence of insurance coverage. (certificate of insurance) If you are a non-food vendor and do not have you own business insurance you can apply for coverage through the Fair.
Food Vendors
All available Food Vendor and Beverage rentals for Chester Fair 2010 are currently under contract. We will no longer consider any additional Food and or Beverage Vendor applications for 2010.
Crafters and other Handmade Items
The Chester Fair welcomes any crafters and producers of hand made or home grown products. In order to attract such products and goods we offer sharply discounted prices. Vendor space is available both indoors and outdoors for $10 per frontage foot. (10’ depth) Please review the insurance requirements mentioned above. If you wish to be considered as a Craft vendor you can download an application here.
Commercial Vendors
With the right combination of size and crowds the Chester Fair presents an opportunity for Commercial vendors to offer their services. Rates for Commercial vendors are $15 per frontage foot (10’ depth). Both indoor and outdoor space is available. Commercial vendors wishing to apply for space can download an application here.
Non-Profit Organization
The Chester Fair wants to help your non-profit organization raise funds and further its mission. If you wish to sell products we can offer you rates that will maximize your profits while limiting your exposure.
If your Non-Profit is only looking to provide information about your organization or staff a booth for one or two of the Fair days, we want to work with you. Non-Profit Organizations are generally not required to staff their booths continuously throughout the Fair. Please contact us for further information about having your non-profit joining in the 2010 Chester Fair.
